All production steps are monitored and evaluated at all times by our experienced employees in compliance with the strictest hygiene guidelines (HACCP).
In order to be able to further secure our high quality, we work together with external accredited laboratories.
The infrared spectrometer, we use to carry out identity checks on raw materials, offers us another control option.
